We have used numerous courier firms over the years with very mixed views of the service. We moved to Diamond Logistics about 2 years ago and I have no intention of ever moving again! The service we get from our local depot in Lincoln is second to none. NOTHING is too much trouble for them at all. If I have a query or a question I just give them a call and they are straight on it. The help and support they offer us is priceless and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Diamond Logistics to anyone needing a courier company however large or small.

Opened a box I have just received from them and the only thing in the box was a contents letter stating what should have been in the box THERE WAS NOTHING AT ALL IN THE BOX
ir says on the bottom of the letter your order was picked with PASSION by one of our warehouse wizards it does give a name but I won’t shame I think they should send there wizards back to Hogwarts for a refresher course on wizardry ps I called customer service absolutely no help at all

We use the local Walsall branch of Diamond and get very good service from them. Sometimes at the mercy of the parcel carriers, but that's always going to be the way. Diamond have a good platform and good local drivers and staff.
