Staff are lovely, very professional and efficient. Shop also has lots of choices for food and drinks, as well as postage items and stationary. I go here frequently due to work and have never had a bad experience 🙂

I like going to postoffice at frimley highstreet coz people there are amazingly cheerful with me .they do absolutely cracking service when it comes to sending parcels through post. I would recommend peeps who lives close to frimley to go there.

I am a regular customer of this branch. I must say I was always treated with respect and politeness. I usually bring 5 to 10 pre paid parcels to send out every 3 days or so. I was told that its very difficult for them to scan/receive all the parcels at once as they have to manually type the receiver address for every parcel. Therefore the queue would get very long and customers would have to wait very long. I was offered a choice of leaving the bag of pre paid parcels with him and he would get them scanned when there was quiet time and that I could collect the receipt later on. Today, I counted the parcels before leaving them, left them with him, 45min later went to collect the receipt, counted the parcels in the receipt, all good and scanned. That was it, brilliant service! No issues whatsoever! (I usually even take my dog, leave the parcels, walk the dog in the park behind the shop, on my way home I collect the receipt, killing 2 birds with one stone)

Today (29/8) I went to this post office to drop some parcels that I had already paid and printed at home, man at post office told me he wasn’t happy to accept them as he doesn’t make any money on them. I asked him not to be rude to me after taking on a bad tone and abusive way of words. Eventually he scanned my items in and gave me a proof of postage receipt. I was then asked not to come here again with already paid for parcels and I should go to a big post office as it’s not worth his time. Found this incredibly intimidating. I am posting this review online to warn other customers about the rude and aggressive service in this post office and to avoid if they can. I have sent a formal complaint about this incident to the post office online and hope post office can deal with this in an efficient manner.

I always pop in here for my posting needs, they are polite, friendly guys who are always so helpful. Sometimes I have a lot of parcels and sometimes a small amount but they are happy to help every time. Very chatty and welcoming. Thank you 😊

Never had a problem here. I can understand that the staff can seem a little moody sometimes, although they've always been absolutely fine with me. It's not an exciting job and honestly some of the customers who go in there, you need more patience than a saint to handle. As a small business owner myself, I can understand the frustration sometimes when they are spending the best part of a day having to process certain items which are required as a post office but generate little/no profit.

I have only used the post office once since the new owners took over and had no complaints. I am going in this morning so reserve my judgement. I would however like to write in defence of the previous lovely couple who for some reason have attracted some very negative reviews here. As they are no longer in situ, reviews about them are somewhat irellevant but I would like to say that I used their services very regularly and was always greeted with a smile by both of them and they always addressed me by name, a great personal and much appreciated touch.

Service seems to have gone downhill since the new owners have bedded in. Received an email on Friday saying my parcel was ready to collect from there so went to get it today (Monday) and it’s not there and the owner just said ‘it’s nothing to do with him’ shocking service. Royal mail confirmed that this branch have lost the parcel so be very careful using the branch as they do lose things and don’t care about it!

Edit- owner saying Royal Mail lost the parcel - his colleague confirmed that the ready for collection email does not arrive until the parcel has been scanned in branch by them, which it had and shows on the tracking history of the parcel if the man that served me had bothered to look. The branch have lost the parcel, not Royal Mail.
