Went to do an Amazon return to this post office and they said the person dealing with post office wasn’t there and advised to come back in 20 minutes.
I went again after 1 hour, and they said they cannot accept big packages!
I haven’t been advised of this the first time I went, but they made me go back and forth with an heavy item!
It’s definitely not worth to be called a post office this place.

Wish I could leave zero stars should not be online as a post office as its open for about ten minutes a day. Always shut staff and rude and unhelpful avoid

About 2 minutes walk from Aldi and Lidl. 5 minutes walk from the Blackwater train station. Friendly personnel. Shop looks tired and needs a face lift!

Post Office shown as open till 22:00 on Postoffice.co.uk, Google maps, the shop front door... but I've walked in at 20:40 and apparently the "Post Office" is closed because he's already cashed it up for the evening!?

Blackwater postoffice the website says open at 6.00 so I made a special trip to be told not
available 8.00 am so
disappointing so they should update date there website
