These people are thieves. They owe me a refund of 275 pounds for a quickly cancelled shipping request that I paid for. They don’t respond to emails or voicemails and never answer the phones. I would give them no stars if it were possible as they appear to be crooks.

I live in the USA. I had a large item that required shipping from the UK to my home. I contacted Rohan from Pack and Send in Farnham UK. He was most helpful. He arranged to collect and pack my item for transit. All paperwork was dealt with by him. A week later my item arrived safely at my home. I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome company! I can not say enough good things about them. I had purchased a very unique item from the UK to be sent to the USA. I had been drug around and around from shipping companies before finding Pack and Send. They were unbelievably communicative with me through the entire process, despite the significant time difference, and stayed with me the whole way through. I used Pack & Send to courrier a vintage guitar I bought from a private seller (a Westerly Guild X-150 for the guitar nerds out there). The team at Pack & Send were friendly and helpful from the first phone call, organised the collection quickly and then provided a great service. The guitar was packaged brilliantly and securely and arrived in perfect condition. I was initially hesitant to courrier a relatively expensive and rare instrument, but would not hesitate to use the service again.

My recent experience with this shipping company has been nothing short of disappointing. After entrusting them with the safe delivery of my computer, including a NVIDIA 1080 TI GPU valued around 275, I was disheartened to discover that the GPU arrived damaged. Despite my attempts to contact customer service for assistance, I have been largely ignored the past two months. All evidence of item value and correct prices had been submitted yet I received no compensation for the damaged item, only for the shipping. The company's refusal to accept responsibility for the damages and their insistence on focusing solely on the shipping costs instead of the actual item is a clear indication of their lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the warranty they claim to uphold seems to be more of a marketing ploy than a genuine commitment to ensuring the well-being of their clients' purchases. The absence of any meaningful communication or support from the shipping company has only served to exacerbate the frustration and dissatisfaction I have experienced. In my opinion, their unwillingness to address the issue and their lack of transparency have tarnished their reputation as a reliable shipping service. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative shipping options, as this company's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction have left me with a less-than-favourable view of their services.
