We recently completed the onboarding process with 33 Fulfilment, a UK-based third-party logistics provider, and wanted to share our experience for others considering their services.
1. Onboarding Experience:
The onboarding process was very smooth and efficient. From the initial contact to the setup of our products in their system, the 33 Fulfilment team was responsive, helpful and very interested in understanding our brand.
They provided clear documentation and were reactive in addressing our questions and concerns.
2. Communication:
Communication during onboarding was excellent. We worked closely with Geoff Diangana and Mark Ford, and they were professional and fast to respond.
3. Technology & Integration:
We integrated our store via Mintsoft, Salesforce and NAV Pepplestone, and the process was complex, but dedicated work and close communication ensured that timeframe where kept.
Their tech stack seems robust, and the dashboard is user-friendly. If there were issues, details and solution were handled in corporation with Gopi Sharma and Geoff Diangana we handled smoothly with excellence.
4. Operational Readiness:
By the end of onboarding, our SKUs were correctly set up, and inventory was accurately received. We were able to begin fulfilling orders on time, and the transition felt seamless.
5. Overall Impressions:
Overall, our onboarding experience with 33 Fulfilment was positive. They stood out for knowledge of our business and understanding that they are a important part of our brand DNA.
