Absolute shambles of a company. I previously had an account with them and they constantly added spurious charges. Now one of my suppliers is using them to deliver and they only seen to attempt deliveries at the weekends when the store is closed.

Was meant to be delivered 2nd March, eventually got it on 17th March. Took 6 re-deliveries; with parcel being forgotten at depot, drivers not wanting to drive up, not wanting to leave with a neighbour and drivers leaving half way though shift. Customer service staff were good but always had an excuse ready.

Hopefully just an isolated incident but I will not be back

Advised of a delivery window today of 2 hours - of course there was no show.
Then 45 minutes later than the promised delivery deadline, they texted to say an attempted delivery was made which was a lie - as 3 of us hung around waiting for the duration. Now I've to wait 2 days for a re-sheduled delivery or collect 12 miles away.
Shocking service for the second time.

I have had an urgent parcel "out for delivery" for the past three days according to their tracking system and it still hasn't arrived. This is supposedly on a next business day service. No answer on the phone at the depot. Wouldn't use APC if they were the last carrier on earth.

Apc approached us on several occasions asking us to use their services.what an absolute shambles.2 days in and 2 destroyed parcels delivered to our customers with no compensation for us to pass on to customers or cover our losses.another parcel that can't be delivered but a charge to us for more than we paid to post it in order to receive it back.for the reputation of your business please do not consider Apc.

My flooring has been "out for delivery" for a week now. I got an email telling me it had been delivered, then an email from Wendy saying it was a mistake and it would be on the next days delivery. Next day no joy. I eventually got through to Morag at their office who cut me off half way through the call. Looks like I'll need to drive to their depot to pick it up myself

I had to give them 1 star in my opinion they don’t even Deserve that, their service is shocking that’s both delivery and customer service is excuse after excuse, a pack of lies from the customer service operator.
I’m still waiting for my package to be delivered they haven’t answered my emails don’t pick up the phone when I tried to phone from a different number they answered but they cut me off!!
This company is shocking certainly wouldn’t recommend them or use them stay well clear if you’ve got any sense.

Went into the glenrothes branch this morning to collect a parcel I'd missed, the man there took my ticket and returned a moment later to say the office had written on it that it had been signed for the previous morning at at my flat. Dumbass didn't notice that the ticket itself had in fact been left at mine the previous morning. Pointed this out to him and he soon afterwards came back again saying he'd found my parcel "in the wrong driver's bay". Yeah.... he had brown hair. WATCH OUT.
