I purchased kitchen appliances from a small N.I. family run company that I am choosing not to name at this time. Items were dispatched in good time for our kitchen fitting. 2 man delivery has held the items for more than a week refusing to deliver them and refused to tell me when they arrived with them. We are now without a functional kitchen and our fitter is now fully booked for several weeks. We ended up reordering from another supplier. 2 man delivery didn't care that our installer was booked was obstructive and misleading in information provided to me. An extraordinarily poor experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Can’t fault them on delivery of my Costco dishwasher other than their website seems to be down over weekends so you have to wait til the Monday to book a slot. They gave me a 2 hour slot the day before (8 - 10am) and they arrived half an hour in. They were quick to drop off the dishwasher and took the old one away as booked with no trouble. Thanks fellas.

Bought a washing machine through Costco and arranged the delivery through this company. Despite advising that they could connect the machine but couldn't turn on the cold water due to a broken valve, they left having done nothing except unpack the machine and take the old one away. I've now had to pay someone else to come and install the machine. Absolutely useless!

They came with my Costco fridge on Sunday, said it wouldn't fit (a bigger fridge left through the same door just yesterday...) and ran off 5 minutes in and out.
No phone number to reach them, Costco are furious but can only send them an email which they will answer maybe tomorrow.
And the most annoying thing is they never suggested we should remove the front door! Which we could have done in two minutes.
So now I have no fridge and no way to call them back.
USELESS AND OBTUSE. DO NOT USE.

This was singularly the worst customer experience I could have anticipated. The communication efforts to arrange the delivery were almost non-existent - no attempt in any email communication to clarify a window of delivery and the language used was vague and illogical: 'Your delivery or collection date is now confirmed, this is an estimated time and times could vary' but no time was identified. When the customer services advisors finally called almost a week after a despatch email was received, the woman was rude, sharp and entirely without empathy. It was as if we, as customers, were a nuisance to her despite politely asking only if the crew would contact us when they were close to delivering. Indeed, communication from the delivery team was zero: only upon their arrival at the door did we know they were coming and when they did arrive the futon was literally thrown into the door way. Courteous, polite and helpful is certainly not how they could reasonably be described. So, overall, no, I was not happy with the overall delivery experience. Far from it. Should I come to understand that 2MD is to be involved with the delivery of any product I order in the future I will cancel that order and find it with another supplier that does not work with 2MD.

The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. I ordered an item from Costco who use this company. My guy was 2 minutes away and they refused to wait. I have CCTV footage of the guys literally running from outside the shop when they got the 'go ahead' from their office. They then ask for a fee to re-book. I'll be getting on to Costco to change their delivery company and encouraging others to do so.

Probably one of the worst delivery services I've come across. Stated in a email very clearly that the drivers would call me 1 HOUR before the delivery, No phone and when I get a call it's to say my delivery drivers are outside the house I don't even live in yet which is why I was relying on the hour before hand phone call. Couldn't wait an extra 2 minutes for me to arrive to the property. Called head office and the only thing they could do was rearrange for Friday but then call back saying it's a mistake the next delivery slot is another week away. Very unprofessional ladies that I was dealing with and sounded like they were getting enjoyment out of me having to close my business to get the delivery to not even have a delivery. I wouldn't recommend using these people ever and Costco should stop using them too. Oh and to top it off they said they called me but there was no service...... So if I didn't receive a phone call it doesn't really count as a phone call does it ?

Poor service. On the delivery day they refused to install the appliance despite sending them an email 4 days before explaining the available connections (with pictures). The delivery guys tried to be helpful and connected me to their manager, who came across as rude and couldn't be bothered to listen. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company.
